It’s Day 31 of the Grotto’s Advent 2020! The final day of the Advent event!
While you read, why not enjoy some classic Christmas songs? I’ve got another favourite of mine for today: 🎶Gay Gordon and the Mince Pies with Auld Lang Syne!🎶
Sandy Acres has been popular with my Sims for a while now. I previously shared this on my Daily Plumbob blog and now, after a few routing tweaks, I’m uploading again!
Sandy Acres is on a 50×50 lot and is set as a Park. It’s worth §126,150 and was built in Oasis Springs.
It requires the following packs: Movie Hangout Stuff, Romantic Garden, Backyard Stuff, Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous and Island Living. If you don’t have some of them, you may just see some build or buy mode items disappear, so do so at your own risk.
*This Lot Has A Fair Bit Of CC*
- Amusement Park Lot Trait ~ by Caradriel
- Fair Stuff Fan Made Stuff Pack ~ by necrodog
- Functional Zip Line ~ by necrodog
- Wooden Playground ~ by AroundTheSims
- Waterfall Wall Light ~ by Severinka
- Flowery Lawn Terrain ~ by abormotova
- Functional Seesaw ~ by ThePancake1
- Animated Flowers and Bumblebees ~ by Bakie
The lot will work without all the above CC but it won’t look quite the same.
It has the Teen Neighbourhood, Party Place and Amusement Park lot traits.
The lot does require Move Objects to be switched on when placing, so make sure you place from within the lot and not on Manage Worlds. The office has been fully play tested and all functional objects can be routed to. I used move objects purely for some of the decorations; none of it impairs routing through the lot.
Download the file from the button below (Free, SimFileShare) and extract the files to your Tray folder. The lot can then be found in your Library. My creator name is Hinhanni.
I hope you have as much fun with the amusement park as my Sims do! ☃️ Happy Simming!
